Charles is a proven institutional investor and business leader.

He has spent over 30 years in leadership positions serving endowments, foundations and both public and private pension funds on a global basis.

He founded and led private equity / venture capital firm, Performance Equity Management, as CEO and CIO. Over a decade he grew assets to $14 Billion, consistently generating top quartile returns in PE and VC. Prior to that he was managing director of major institutional funds including the Stanford University Endowment and the GM Pension.
